Need Campus Cash for something other than your personal use? We offer the following options.

Department Copy Cards

UO departments may purchase copy cards and establish Campus Cash accounts by Journal Voucher or Purchase Order. Department Copy Cards are restricted to print and copy services and are unable to be used for food or other vendors. There is a $1 fee for the card.

Once a UO department has obtained a copy card, more campus cash can be added as requested by the department. If Grant Funds are being used, other restrictions may apply.

Gift Cards/Certificates

Give a surprise or thank someone for a job well done with a gift of Campus Cash.

Gift Cards: If you would like to give Campus Cash to someone who does not have a UO ID Card, a Campus Cash Gift Card is available. Add whatever value of Campus Cash you like. The Campus Cash does not expire and can be used at a variety of locations on campus. There is a $1 fee for the card.

Gift Certificates: Decide how much Campus Cash you would like to give and we will provide you with a Campus Cash Gift Certificate indicating the value of your gift. The recipient of the Gift Certificate simply brings their UO ID Card and the Gift Certificate to the UO Card Office to have the value transferred to their Campus Cash Account.
