Deposits to your Campus Cash account can be made in a variety of ways using cash, check and Visa/Mastercard. Additionally, currently enrolled students can charge their UO account for Campus Cash deposits.

Parents
You can make deposits to your student's account either on-line, by phone or at the UO Card Office.

In Person

The UO Card Office accepts cash, check, Visa/Mastercard and charges to student accounts. In-person deposits can also be made at the following locations:

Charge Your Account

Current students can add funds to their Campus Cash Account by charging their UO account. Like other charges to your UO account, Campus Cash charges are subject to the terms and conditions of your student billing account.

Charges to your UO Account can only be made at the UO Card Office.
In addition to your UO ID card, you must present government issued identification [valid driver's license, state ID, military ID, or passport] in order to make a charge to your account.

The following restrictions apply to charging your UO account for Campus Cash:

• There is a $200 maximum outstanding balance that you can carry for Campus Cash charges to your UO account. Charges made to your Campus Cash account are listed separately from other charges made to your UO account.
  
• Once your Campus Cash charges reaches the $200 maximum, you cannot make additional charges to your UO account until your outstanding Campus Cash charges go below $200.

Please note:
• Your UO account must be in good standing in order to charge Campus Cash.
• Past due Campus Cash charges may cause registration holds.

Payroll Deduction

UO faculty and staff can make deposits to their Campus Cash account through a monthly payroll deduction.

Get Your Balance/Account History

Every time you make a purchase, your Campus Cash account balance is shown on the cash register monitor.

If you make a deposit on-line, you can check your deposit history through QuikPay.

You can also stop by the UO Card Office and request your balance and full account history information. For your protection, we cannot share account information over the phone.
